September 2024's ADINJC conference was full of interesting talks and updates from various organisations and talents across the driving tuition industry.
Perhaps most intriguing were the several talks from members of the DVSA. Last month, we shared a Q&A and presentation from Loveday Ryder, and this month we've got another two free updates for you.
In this video, Dave Mann and Colin Stewart give us an update on the ADI qualification and driving instructor training at the DVSA, plus info on driving test analysis and sitting in on driving tests.
Check out the first 5 minutes of Dave and Colin's discussion on the importance of the Ready to Pass campaign and an update on its future.
In this session, Colin Stewart and Dave Mann from the DVSA discuss key updates related to the ADI qualification process and driving instructor training.
They provide insights into the increasing demand for ADI tests, the challenges in managing this demand, and the ongoing recruitment efforts to expand the staff capacity needed to accommodate the influx of candidates.
They also highlight the importance of instructors using available resources and taking advantage of certification benefits. The presentation concludes with a focus on how driving instructors can use their ADI certification to enhance their practice and support learners more effectively.
